Job Description
Harlem Children’s Zone is seeking a dynamic School Principal to lead their Promise Academy Charter School. This role involves creating a safe and productive learning environment aligned with the school's mission, curriculum, and NYS Learning Standards. The principal will supervise teaching staff, develop curriculum, and drive schoolwide success while providing professional development.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a related education field
- Valid New York State certification (SBL or SDL)
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
- Background in teaching and curriculum development
- Experience working in a district or network-level setting
- Experience working at the district- or network-level required
