Therapy Animal Volunteers Needed

Role Overview

Harmony Hospice is seeking dedicated volunteer therapy animals and their owners to provide compassionate support to hospice patients and their families in private homes, long term care facilities, and at events.

What You Will Do

Provide support to hospice patients and their families in various settings, alleviating pain and symptoms, and addressing emotional, spiritual, and social needs.

Requirements

• Therapy animal must be licensed with an appropriate organization (e.g. Pet Partners, Therapy Dogs International)
