Job Description
Harness is seeking a Product Management Leader to drive the definition, development, and adoption of our packaged and shipped product - Harness Internal Developer Portal. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in product management, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management with enterprise SaaS / Cloud companies
- 5+ years of experience managing technical products and delivering solutions that enhance developer experience and productivity.
- Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience is required
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven product decision-making mindset
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Experience with Internal Developer Portals, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure management is a big plus.
- Prior experience as a software developer and/or Startup experience is a big plus
- Experience leading cross functional teams
