PumpMan, a Harrington Company, is seeking a General Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies for business growth, managing the profit and loss statement, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Deep experience in the water management, groundwater wells, contracting, construction, or industrial service industries
- Technical college degree, relevant Trade School certifications or demonstrated success earned from on-the-job experience
- Strong knowledge of MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems or construction/contracting experience with pumps, and motor control knowledge
- Proficient with typical Microsoft office and Adobe
- Experience with Sage Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Mechanical systems, service, maintenance, or sales, preferably in a managerial position
