
Job description
The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for leading the BUs sales and marketing strategy, driving revenue growth and building a high-performing sales and marketing organisation by aligning sales execution with marketing initiatives.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets, lead, coach and scale high-performing sales and marketing teams across the business, and align marketing campaigns with sales objectives to drive pipeline growth and conversion.
Circa 8–12+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management and CRM systems, and excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
