Job Description
This position is for a Technical Services Consultant to provide information systems and technology support to Hart voting solutions customers. The role involves analyzing, maintaining, and troubleshooting systems, providing user training and support, managing assets, and working with the supply chain. Responsibilities include hardware and software updates, system configuration, and remote support.
Requirements
- Installs, maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs voting solution computer systems.
- Configure PCs and develop processes.
- Provides customer technical support and RMA (return merchandise authorization).
