Job Description
This is a remote Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor position for FULL_TIME in Greece. You'll support customers via phone, email, and chat, guiding them through product choices and resolving inquiries. The job is a great chance to work remotely and enjoy everything Greece has to offer.
Requirements
- Native-level Dutch (C2) and solid English (B2)
- Fast typing skills and experience navigating digital tools
- Problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and calm, structured approach to resolving issues
