Job Description
Academic GI/Liver Pathologist (Academic Clinician or Physician-Scientist) position at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School, Boston. The department is recruiting a full-time academic gastrointestinal/liver pathologist to shape the future agenda and engage in cutting-edge Precision Diagnostics.
Requirements
- Board certified in Pathology (AP or AP/CP)
- Board certification in Molecular Pathology (including NGS) is a plus
- Strong interest in further developing the crucial role of Pathology in clinical trials
- Candidates with a strong clinical, translational, or laboratory-based research program are particularly encouraged to apply
- Existing NIH grant funding will be supported by attractive research space and start-up funds to expand their programs
