Our Customer Service Officers support Harvard Protection in providing best in class security and life safety services. They are responsible for providing professional customer-focused security and life safety services for the people and property they protect and our employees.
Maintain a professional demeanor, monitor the environment, greet customers, answer phones, permit authorized persons to enter property, and perform required patrols.
Strong interpersonal communication skills, friendly and professional demeanor, neat and professional appearance, and computer skills are required. Previous contract security, law enforcement, military, or customer service experience is helpful.
