Job Description
Haselden Construction is seeking a Superintendent to join their team in Bozeman, MT. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling, risk management, site management, and employee development. A degree in Engineering/Construction Management is required, along with experience in Procore, Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
Requirements
- A Degree in Engineering/Construction Management at a College or University.
- Procore, Revit, Navisworks and Bluebeam experience is a must.
- Strong scheduling, QA/QC, safety, and field management experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate in written/verbal form as it relates to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Seven to Ten (7 - 10) years of on-the-job experience required.
- Willing to travel regionally based on project need
- Ability to drive through the course of work as needed
- Background in all types of building construction and renovations.
- In-depth knowledge of construction operations specifically construction specifications, building materials, methods, and procedures.
- Willing to work on larger projects under a Senior Superintendent.
- Responsible for specific tasks, areas, and trades.
- Experience working for a general contractor in commercial construction.
- Demonstrates great work ethic and positive attitude daily.
