Graduate Analyst - Advisory - Brisbane (2027)

As a Graduate Advisory Analyst, you will work with Hatch and client project teams to deliver high quality results for our clients, including analysis and reporting within Advisory projects, research, review, clean and analyze data, create and design client-facing presentations, proposals, reports, and spreadsheets.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering or Economics
• Experience as a part of the university consulting club
• Good understanding of engineering and business fundamentals as they apply to engineering problems and projects.
• Experience with Excel (Advanced), SQL databases, large datasets, hypothesis trees and value driver trees
• Demonstrates initiative and has a self-starter attitude and ability to learn quickly and to take on new challenges.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills
• Shows critical and creative thinking and problem solving and brings forward solutions for our clients' toughest challenges.
