Loan Systems Professional II

Hawaii State Federal Credit Union (HSFCU) is looking for a Loan Systems Professional II to advance the functionality, efficiency, and integration of loan origination and servicing systems to enhance member experience and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of related experience in lending systems, business analysis, or loan operations.
• Strong understanding of lending systems (MeridianLink, Encompass, Fiserv DNA, etc.), loan operations, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in data analytics and process documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools.
• Automation, AI literacy, and collaboration with cross-functional tech teams.
• Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
