Executive - Recruitment

This Executive Recruitment role involves managing recruitment processes, preparing reports, maintaining databases, and analyzing operational procedures to identify areas for improvement. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Human Resources and fluency in Maritime Labour Convention for Seafarer Recruitment.

Requirements

• 6 Credit passes at the GCE O/L examination including Mathematics and English
• A minimum of 3 passes at the GCE A/L examination
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent professional qualification in Business Management or Human Resources
• Conversant in Maritime Labour Convention, and in particular the “Seafarer Recruitment and Placement” section
• 2 years’ experience in a similar function
• Effective communication and presentation skills
