Job Description
HB NEXT is looking for a motivated individual to join their team as a Crew Leader in Jacksonville. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, high growth company in a key role.
Requirements
- Lead and support Erosion Control Installation (ECI) crews in the field
- Ensure quality work, safety, and productivity across job sites
- Communicate daily goals, job expectations, and schedules to crews
- Coordinate daily work orders and review completed work with management
- Work with Operations and Area Managers to maintain vehicles, equipment, and inventory
- Manage and coordinate rental equipment as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting project timelines
