Role Overview

Lead a team of Test and DfT Engineers, defining and overseeing implementation of DfT techniques and methods to drive lowest cost of test across digital, analog, and mixed signal products.

What You Will Do

Drive state-of-the-art DfTs, define new ATE platforms, develop Test Method Libraries, and create Test Automation Tools to support various critical activities.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Good IC and test knowledge, experience working DfT, ATE Test Equipment, and hands-on knowledge across digital, analog, and RF is a must.
