Manager, Business Solutions

Support the execution of commercial initiatives by translating defined strategies and priorities into structured business requirements, processes, and solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver repeatable, technology-enabled capabilities that improve day-to-day commercial execution and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, consulting, process improvement, or technology-enabled delivery roles within a cross-functional organization.
• 3+ years of consulting or related experience, with experience working in highly ambiguous, complex enterprise environments and a strong understanding of technology-enabled solutions.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and delivery skills.
