The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support for all staff, including reception duties, answering and directing telephone calls, delivering messages, greeting employees and visitors, scheduling conference calls, and distributing incoming faxes and mail. The role will also involve coordinating with building maintenance and coffee/vending machine supplier, maintaining and stocking print room, supply closet and kitchen supplies, and performing other duties as needed.
