Power Market Sector Lead, Canada

HDR is seeking a Power Market Sector Lead, Canada to lead staff and program management and build local teams across the country to provide project management and technical expertise for power generation, power delivery, hydropower, and renewable energy projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering, planning or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience
• Experience in development and management of strategic marketing programs for planning and/or engineering services
• Experience in development and management of a wide range of client relationships and specific program and/or project pursuits
• Experience in overall staff development to include recruiting, career path and professional growth
• Professional Engineer designation in Canada
• Experience with both traditional and alternative procurement delivery models
