Job Description
HDR is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex projects in the drinking water and wastewater industry. The role involves directing and coordinating project teams, establishing client relations, and tracking financial aspects of projects. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Engineering, experience in Program Management, and a PMP certification.
Requirements
- Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams
- Responsible for all aspects of complex small to medium projects
- Establish and maintain client relations
- Conduct work sessions for deliverable development
- Coordinate staffing and workload
- Track financial aspects of projects
- Provide direction to Discipline Leads
- Participate in reviews with governing agencies
- Implement QA/QC procedures
