Job Description
HDR is seeking a strategic-minded South-Central Region Delivery Practice Lead to partner with internal teams and clients to sculpt strategies around diversification and growth of power delivery services. The ideal candidate is an industry leader with 10+ years of experience in strategic leadership, technical teams, and large-scale power delivery projects.
Requirements
- Develop strategy, set goals, and drive results for HDR's power delivery practice of the future.
- Collaborate with peer leaders in business lines across the engineering and architecture business lines at HDR.
- Represent HDR as our regional power delivery lead in the industry.
- Nurture relationships with clients to understand their challenges and strategies.
- Create a cohesive practice across multiple offices, disciplines, and power delivery services.
