Southeast Regional Waste Business Development Leader

HDR is seeking a Southeast Regional Waste Business Development Leader to drive the growth of the solid waste program throughout the Southeast. The successful candidate will coordinate and direct marketing strategy, lead pursuit teams, and support strategic planning and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Collaborate with Sector and Practice Leadership
• Strategic Growth of the Region
• Coordinate with Regional RBG Directors and Practice Leaders
• Track market changes
• Attend state/regional waste and industry related conferences
• Develop and collaborate on a Waste approach for Client Development Plans
• Serve as Manager for select key clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic teaming partners
• Identify key talent in the Waste market and assist with recruitment
• Leverage existing HDR resources to provide full cross sector and multi business class collaboration for targeted clients
• Collaborate with the Waste Sector Leadership Management Team
• Assist in developing market strategies, strategic initiatives, and business development
