Job Description
New York Yankees Baseball Camps deliver summer baseball experiences for kids aged 5-13. As the Site Director, you will oversee daily operations, lead the on-site leadership team, and create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive camp environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience leading teams in camps, sports-based youth programs, education, or similar environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills
