Coach, Yankees Baseball Summer Camps: 2026-3637

New York Yankees Baseball Camps deliver summer baseball experiences for kids aged 5-13. Coaches will lead groups of campers through fun, active baseball experiences that build confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game.

Requirements

• Lead a group of 10–12 campers of a similar age through daily baseball games, drills, activities, and active play
• Deliver the provided curriculum and activity plans to ensure a consistent, high-quality camp experience
• Create a welcoming, inclusive environment where campers feel safe, encouraged, and excited to participate
• Motivate campers through positive energy, clear communication, and hands-on leadership
• Uphold all camp safety, supervision, and behavioral expectations throughout the day
• Work collaboratively with fellow coaches and site leadership to support daily camp flow and create unforgettable, premium camp moments
• Represent the New York Yankees and Headfirst with professionalism, enthusiasm, and pride
