5+ years of experience in Product Management, strong strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills

6+ years of experience in Product Management with at least 2+ years of experience in consumer applications

2 years of coaching experience, board certification, and fluency in Google Suite and Zoom required

10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading AI or machine learning initiatives, strong technical fluency in LLMs, and proven ability to take emerging technologies from exploration to scalable product impact

3+ years experience, independent clinical license, 10+ hours available per week

3+ years of experience, Master's or Doctoral degree, and ability to offer at least 10 sessions per week

3+ yrs psychotherapy experience, clinical license, and ability to offer 10+ sessions/week with flexibility. Cultural responsiveness & reliable internet are important

2+ yrs coaching, 6+ w/ direct supervision under cert. & ICF-ACC/ACC. 2 yrs relevant mental health experience. Bilingual Spanish/French fluency

3+ years clinical therapy experience. Independent clinical license. Possesses a Master/Doctoral level license

5+ years of experience in Product Ops, Technical Program Management, or equivalent roles; strong leadership and change management skills; ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clear decisions
