Senior Software Engineer (Trust Foundations - Identity and Platform)

Headway is building a new mental healthcare system, and we need a Senior Software Engineer to help us achieve our mission. As a member of the Trust Foundations team, you'll design, build, and operate core trust primitives, embed security and privacy by design, and mentor engineers across the company.

Requirements

• 5 + years of professional software engineering with a strong command of at least one modern language (we use Python 3 and TypeScript)
• Proven systems‐architecture leadership
• Deep expertise in one of two focus areas: Identity and Access or Platform Engineering (scalable, secure foundations)
• A track record of mentoring engineers, elevating design quality, and improving engineering processes
