Headway is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to help build the R&D teams that will power our next stage of growth. The role involves running full-cycle searches, advising hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, tech-enabled environments
- Deep experience hiring technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design, Data, Security, or IT)
- Ability to operate as a business partner, using market insights and data to guide hiring managers
- Ability to manage multiple searches with structure and attention to detail
