The Licensed Clinician performs a variety of individual, family and group therapeutic interventions, and is familiar with best practices for a variety of client populations. This position manages a caseload of clients by identifying therapeutic, rehabilitative and case management needs, engaging other team members in meeting these needs as indicated.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Services and licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC)
- Valid Indiana driver's license that meets Eskenazi Health's driving policy requirements
- All staff working with clients from the Department of Child Services will be required to be fingerprinted and have a criminal background check performed upon hire and periodically thereafter
- One of the following FSSA/DMHA-approved credentials for Clinicians providing counseling with an OTP: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, CADAC II, CADAC IV, ICAC I, ICAC II, LSW with MATS, LCAC, LAC, MAC, NCAC I
