Job Description
The Call Center Representative - Healthcare (Spanish) will respond to member and provider inquiries by telephone and other communication channels, providing comprehensive support regarding health plan benefits and services. The position requires excellent customer service and professionalism, with a focus on cultural competence and confidentiality of member information.
