Care Manager Supervisor
3+ years of supervisory experience, Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, or Health Services, and required licenses and certifications
Social Worker Care Manager II
3+ years of experience in healthcare or related field, Master's degree, and LICSW licensure in DC
HSCSN Sr Mgr Provider Relation
5+ years of experience in managed care and/or care management, progressive supervisory experience, and prior experience in a health plan or medical group setting
