Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship in a trade or construction-related occupation
• Several years of practical experience on construction sites, preferably in building preservation
• Organizational talent, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Knowledge of occupational safety and quality standards
• Teamwork, communication skills and enjoyment of leading employees
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
