Job Description
Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Surgical Tech (CST) to join our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) teams! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Requirements
- Must be certified through one of the following Surgical Technologist Programs: CST (https://nbstsa.org/examinations-cst.html) at time of hire or obtain the certification within 12 months of hire.
- Surgical tech experience required (would consider highly motivated new grad)
- Practical knowledge of basic surgical instrumentation and equipment of orthopedic surgical procedures.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the principles of aseptic technique and sterilization methods.
- Demonstrated knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.
