Active Nurse Practitioner license, Active New York license, Clinical experience in Primary Care Practice preferred
Primary Care Physician
BC/BE Primary Care (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Trained), Current DEA registration, Clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred
Internal Medicine Physician House Calls
Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Active licensure in NY, Commitment to in-home care
Family Medicine Physician
Board Certification in Family Medicine and active licensure in Florida required
Hospitalist Physician
Board certification, family medicine or internal medicine training, and clinical experience in a hospital setting
Physician Assistant
Active PA license, NY license, and clinical experience in primary care practice preferred
Psychiatrist
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Psychiatry with an active California license, flexible work schedule, ability to manage approximately 22-24 patients daily
Internal Medicine
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Active licensure in the state of New York, 5-day work week
Outpatient Primary Care
Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and Active Licensure in New York
