Investor Services Supervisor

We are seeking an Investor Services Supervisor to join our team in Poland. As a key member of the Investor Services team, you will ensure the highest quality of service is delivered to clients and investors. You will be responsible for delegating activities to the team, performing first-level reviews, and ensuring operational excellence in all activities prepared by the Investors Services team.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a hedge fund administration firm
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and well organized
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Ability to be flexible and work effectively both within a team structure and independently
