Senior Corporate Paralegal

Heidrick & Struggles is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to provide comprehensive support to the Corporate Governance and Legal Operations department, with a focus on international corporate governance, board of directors and committee meetings, and transactional support.

Requirements

• Minimum of ten years of hands-on experience working in a corporate legal function
• Substantive knowledge of relevant securities and corporate laws and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage confidential information and engage with the Board of Directors with professionalism and diplomacy
• Advanced experience with electronic board portals and financial printers
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate constructively across the company and with external stakeholders
