HELIOS is seeking a Senior Targeting Instructor/Writer - Site Lead to provide cyber instruction in support of the U.S. Army Cyber School at Ft. Gordon, GA. The position involves developing and delivering comprehensive technical training materials for offensive cyberspace operations, as well as supervising team members and coordinating with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Supervise, coordinate work schedules, resolve minor concerns/issues and complete the administrative tasks associated with this effort.
- Curriculum Development & Maintenance: Researching, compiling, and synthesizing information from sources such as Joint Doctrine, Standing Operating Procedures (SOPs), best practices, operational assessments, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) engagement to create and maintain accurate, up-to-date training materials and supporting databases.
- Instruction & Assessment: Delivering instruction utilizing the Army Experiential Learning Model (ELM), including developing and administering exams, and evaluating student performance.
- Administrative Support: Managing all administrative aspects of training, including schedule development, student roster maintenance, and creation of necessary support documentation.
- Coordination: Proactively coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure resource availability and seamless training execution.
