Set-Up Technician - 1st (2101)

The Set-Up Technician is responsible for completing mold changes, rehangs, and pulling molds for repairs and conversions. They must follow all set-up procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools
• Ability to read and understand diagrams
• Demonstrated time management skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent mechanical skills
• Ability to lift and push up to 75 lbs
• Ability to pull up to 120 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, and work for up to 12-hour shifts
