Commercial Employee Service Inlet

Role Overview

As a Commercial Employee Service Inlet, you will be responsible for organizing the safe and punctual delivery of partial and complete shipments. You will be the competent contact person for our customers for hazardous goods, piece goods, or direct load. You will work in cooperation with other medium-sized forwarding and logistics companies to offer a comprehensive service for procurement and distribution of goods for our customers.

What You Will Do

Your tasks will include independent communication with drivers, warehouse staff, and partners regarding shipment and status events, processing shipments and transactions in the national and international forwarding sector, and proactive monitoring of shipments with reporting and status tracking.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for someone with a successful completed education as a merchant/ merchant for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification, first professional experience in the forwarding industry, and MS Office knowledge.
