Requirements

• Supervising maintenance staff and assigning their work
• Identifying physical plant deficiencies and establishing corrective action plans
• Training porters to meet quality standards
• Making repairs as needed
• Adhering to OSHA compliance
• Inventorying and dispensing materials and supplies
