Job Description
As Safety Director, you will be responsible for planning and directing a safety program for one of our facilities, ensuring a safe and secure site for clients, staff, and visitors. You will lead and manage Safety Staff, review policies and procedures, and ensure accurate record keeping.
Requirements
- New York State Security Guard License
- FDNY F-80 certification and F-02
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience and skills
- Minimum of five years’ experience in law enforcement or related field
- Minimum of two years’ supervisory experience
- Demonstrated knowledge, experience, or capacity to work with homeless families, individuals, and/or disadvantaged populations
- Valid U.S. driver's license (preferred)
- Computer literacy with Microsoft applications
