Kitchen Operation's Cook

Hendler Family Brewing Company is seeking a part-time Kitchen Operations Cook for our Wormtown Patriot Place location. In this role, you’ll support daily food prep operations, maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and prepare food during taproom hours.

Requirements

• Prepare ingredients and assist with basic cooking tasks according to standardized recipes and prep lists
• Portion and label prepped food items for service
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards
• Perform line cook duties during service, including food preparation, restocking and light dishwashing
• Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing food deliveries
• Follow direction from the taproom manager and respond to changing priorities during service
