Packaging Associate

Hendler Family Brewing Company is recruiting for a Packaging Associate for its growing Packaging Team. This role is essential to ensuring the successful operation of all packaging processes, including canning and kegging.

Requirements

• 1 year of brewery packaging or equivalent manufacturing experience (preferred but not required)
• Machine operation or other manufacturing experience
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently with a positive attitude
• Strong problem-solving and basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Good written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Ability to stand for long periods (10+ hours) and work in non-climate-controlled environments
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and within a team with minimal supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus
• Reliable transportation and availability to work long or flexible hours as needed
