Job description
This lab-based Application Engineer will lead internal and external technical requests and projects for the Packaging Labeling team within the Consumer Goods Adhesives (APC) group. The role involves supporting and communicating with both the APC Application Engineering Field Team and Sales Team from our Bridgewater site using digital tools.
The Application Engineer will prioritize and carry out concurrent testing in the laboratory based on incoming customer requests and other projects. This includes performing physicals, performance, and applications methods for product recommendations, troubleshooting needs, performance validation of new products, etc.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to interpret data to make product recommendations, develop solutions, or propose subsequent experimental steps.
