Job description
Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and execute new adhesive technology/product development projects, especially in battery applications. Lead innovation projects independently with ownership. Contribute to new technology, digitalization, automation, sustainability, and diversity.
Work closely with global and regional customers and supplier partners to find new collaboration opportunities and troubleshoot problems. Support operation on product scale-up, process optimization, and quality.
