
Job description
You will be responsible for handling the business-to-business sales of Shiseido Professional and other beauty-related products. You will mainly engage in proposal sales to beauty salons and related companies, build trust with customers, and promote sales activities that solve customer problems.
Negotiate contracts with customers, establish and maintain a strong commercial relationship with customers, create action plans tailored to each customer's goals, and provide customer care to meet all customer needs.
You will also coordinate with the TA on the implementation of education and its impact on sales, achieve sales and distribution targets, ensure merchandising and branding in salons, perform management tasks related to reporting and contract management, actively understand market trends and related product knowledge, and actively grow NCA to maximize territorial coverage.
