
Job description
Provide technical service to customers, including chemical controller support, and assist in optimizing application processes. Collaborate with PD to develop new application processes and support line trials for new product launches. Conduct training and reporting.
Respond quickly to customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize operations. Support sales teams with sales projects and assist PD with new product launches. Train customers on Henkel technologies.
