Fleet Coordinator

Henkels & McCoy, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to provide excellent customer service, coordinate daily fleet activities, and maintain accurate records for fleet assets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet coordination, equipment management, logistics, or related administrative support
• Minimum 2+ years post–high school education; college degree preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to understand financial tools and master Henkels & McCoy fleet and internal systems
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams
