Job Description
Support quality and process improvement efforts by educating, analyzing data, validating reports, and engaging workgroups and stakeholders. Collaborate with QI staff to understand quality and process improvement effectiveness, identify barriers, and develop action plans.
Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders for improvement and sustainability projects
- Review and/or generate data to understand quality and process improvement effectiveness
- Participate in improvement workgroups to develop and support plans
- Generate and present QI project newsletter content
- Record and summarize QPAIC meeting notes and disseminate them to stakeholders
- Coordinate outreach/educational activities or messaging to staff and/or patients
- Support the validation of data in our population health platform
- Support creating presentations and present findings to stakeholders
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient-related information
- Cultivate positive and productive working relationships with staff and peers
- Support operational needs as necessary
