Henry J. Austin Health Center (HJAHC), established in 1969 in Trenton, New Jersey, is a private, non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center providing comprehensive primary health care services to underserved populations. With a focus on affordability and accessibility, HJAHC offers a wide range of services including adult medicine, pediatrics, HIV treatment, dental care, and behavioral health, among others. The center serves approximately 13,000 individuals annually and is committed to cultural sensitivity and dignity in patient care.

High school diploma or equivalent experience. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field preferred
Billing and Collections Specialist Per Diem
2-3 years of billing experience, high school diploma, proficiency in Athena EHR system
Pharmacy Technician
High school diploma, New Jersey Board of Pharmacy Technician registration, 1 year of experience as pharmacy technician
Certified Medical Assistant
High school diploma or GED, completion of Medical Assistant Course, and 1-2 years of experience
Health Connections Assistant (AmeriCorps VISTA)
High school diploma, previous experience in community engagement and volunteer coordination, and knowledge of social determinants of health and patient navigation principles
Operations Specialist
High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse support preferred; valid driver's license required
Licensed Practical Nurse
2 years' experience as a L.P.N. preferred; graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing (L.P.N.);
Quality Improvement Engagement Coordinator (AmeriCorps VISTA)
High school diploma or equivalent, experience in public health, health education, or related field (preferred), strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively and independently
Dental Hygienist
Dental Hygienist training, licensure, and good communication skills
Media and Communications Specialist
Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years of marketing/communications experience, valid driver's license
