Henry J. Austin Health Center (HJAHC), established in 1969 in Trenton, New Jersey, is a private, non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center providing comprehensive primary health care services to underserved populations. With a focus on affordability and accessibility, HJAHC offers a wide range of services including adult medicine, pediatrics, HIV treatment, dental care, and behavioral health, among others. The center serves approximately 13,000 individuals annually and is committed to cultural sensitivity and dignity in patient care.

High school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of related experience, knowledge of social determinants, computer skills, and bilingual (English-Spanish/English-Creole) preferred
Physician – Internal Family Medicine
Completion of medical education program, board eligibility or certification, and NJ medical licensure
Dental Hygienist
Dental Hygienist training, licensure, and good communication skills
Assistant Accounting Controller
3 years of accounting experience, Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field, strong Excel skills and experience with automated accounting systems (MIP, Microix)
Human Resources Program Assistant VISTA
High school diploma or equivalent experience. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field preferred
Licensed Practical Nurse
2 years' experience as a L.P.N. preferred; graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing (L.P.N.);
Media and Communications Specialist
Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years of marketing/communications experience, valid driver's license
Quality Improvement Engagement Coordinator (AmeriCorps VISTA)
High school diploma or equivalent, experience in public health, health education, or related field (preferred), strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively and independently
Pharmacy Technician
High school diploma, New Jersey Board of Pharmacy Technician registration, 1 year of experience as pharmacy technician
Advanced Practice Nurse
Master of Science in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner certification, and 2 years of experience
