Job Description
Under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, provides clinical services to patients in accordance with New Jersey Board of Nursing guidelines. Performs medical functions, develops patient treatment plans, and collaborates with a clinical team.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Nurse Practitioner board certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Current and valid NJ Nurse Practitioner licensure
- CDS and DEA licensure
