Advance Practice Nurse, ACS-Orthopaedic

The primary purpose of the Advanced Nurse Practice (APN) position is to be a skilled health care provider who collaborates with physicians and mentors staff and students regarding management of orthopaedic patients through evidence-based practice.

Requirements

• A current Registered/Professional Nurse license and registration in the State of New Jersey is required.
• Completion of an educational program which is designed and conducted to prepare graduates to practice as an NP/APN with a master’s degree in nursing and eligible for certification by a national certifying body is required.
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience of clinical nursing experience and current BLS certification are required.
